To eat a delicious food and stay beautifull , here is a good recipe whithout oil and suggar and very simple to make !
2 eggs
12 tablespoons of oat bran
4 tablespoons of skim milk
4 tablespoons of white cheese whihout cream
1 squareof ron fat cheese . the name in french is "carre frais"
1 packet of powder
You mix all ingredients and you cook in the oven 30 minutes at 180°
