I like to do this recipe when I have guests. It's simple and good ! Usually, people like it...
Ingredients (for 4) : 4 brick sheet 4 goat cheese to cook ( I use something like "crottins" or "St Marcellin") 4 slices of gingerbread not too thin (good one, no Papy Brossard !) 4 teaspoon of olive oil Thyme Peper Salt Yellow of egg (to make it more nice
The recipe ask to start your oven in 180°C before start, as all recipe... but when we so that, our oven is running a long time, so I don't start to put on my oven... but do it if you want !
Put a slice of gingerbread on the border of a brick sheet and put a goat cheese on. put olive oil on and thyme, salt and pepper Roll it and when it's finish take the side and put onside (maybe it's more easy to understand with the picture !!!) Do the same with the others. Put them on a dish you had olied before.
With a brush, put yellow of egg on them Put in your oven during 15 minutes.
Serve with a salad (not like me).
it's very good !
I uselly buy gingerbread at the market. Every month, on the first sunday a "honeymaker" comes to Les Lilas'market and sells very good honeys and gingerbread too !

My partner do a very good one, but in organic shop it's better. Sometimes you find some good in supermarket but not the cheaper, be careful to choose one not too dry
